Typically, we work with target costs provided by our customers, but we understand that each customer has unique needs and can offer a customized pricing model to accommodate them.

Raw Material Sourcing:

The lead time for sourcing raw materials depends on the type of fabric, color, and technical requirements. We have local partners that can provide us with materials within 5 to 10 days, but the availability of the fabric and color customization can play a huge role in the lead time and minimums

Our Nominated Fabrics:

We have an extensive library of nominated fabrics that we work with, and we can offer our qualities and colors that are available. This option is recommended based on fabric, sampling, and production lead times. This option also offers some flexibility to minimums.

Design

• We have an in-house design team that can create exclusive designs for your brand. Our designers will research trends and opportunities, create mood boards, detailed sketches, and serve as your third-party fashion design team.
• Designs are welcome! We accept designs and tech packs from other designers, and we bring your creations to life. We will need as much information as available such as sketches, tech packs, specs, and packaging requirements to quote accurately.

Minimum Order Quantity

• Starting at 400+ units per style and color. Minimums will depend on the raw materials and color customization.
• In some instances, it is recommended to order the same quality and colors across multiple styles. To create a cohesive collection and to comply with any material minimums.

Product Development and Fitting Samples

• For physical samples, we can take up to 2 days to 14 days, depending on the availability of raw materials and sourcing. Allow a few days for transit times.

Our Internal Quality Control Process

Our quality control is checked by our Quality Control (QC) team before being shipped. While manufacturing and depending on the complexity of the design, we may assign a QC person to review each unit after the sewing process is complete.

During the packaging stage, all units are reviewed again and before leaving our logistics center, we ensure that all garments are in perfect condition.

Third Party Inspections

This service will be quoted separately, and it must be requested in advance or else it will affect the delivery date. We use reliable third parties such SGS and Intertek.
